Harborstone Signature Service
Harborstone Signature Service is a scenario-based Storyline course developed to improve service consistency across a multi-location boutique hotel brand. The Design Document defines the business goals, audience needs, learning objectives, course framework, and evaluation plan that informed development. Harborstone Signature Service
This storyboard supported the development of a scenario-based Articulate Storyline course designed to strengthen service consistency across Harborstone Hotel Collection properties.
The storyboard maps slide-level content and narration, branching decision paths, variable tracking, feedback logic, and knowledge check alignment before development begins.
