Harborstone Signature Service is a scenario-based Storyline course developed to improve service consistency across a multi-location boutique hotel brand. Metro Transit Rider Confidence
Metro Transit Rider Confidence is a proposed public-facing microlearning solution designed to build confidence and independent transit navigation skills among unfamiliar and infrequent riders. The Design Document outlines the business need, audience and needs assessment approach, measurable learning objectives, instructional strategy, accessibility considerations, performance-support approach, and evaluation plan.
The proposed solution combines mobile-friendly microlearning, scenario-based practice, and just-in-time performance support to address real-world rider needs including trip planning, fare payment, transfers, safety, accessibility, and rider support. The accompanying rapid-prototype job aid demonstrates how one component of the broader learning strategy could be translated into point-of-need support.

Harborstone Signature Service
This storyboard supported the development of a scenario-based Articulate Storyline course designed to strengthen service consistency across Harborstone Hotel Collection properties.
The storyboard maps slide-level content and narration, branching decision paths, variable tracking, feedback logic, and knowledge check alignment before development begins.
